I remembered of this powerful story and wanted to share it with you. This story talks about judging someone or something merely just a moment. In daily implementation, as a corporate leader I have to assess all of my employees but I can’t judge them only by a moment. I have to know their overall performance then I will do the right appraisal of them.
There was a man who had four sons. He wanted them to learn to not judge things too quickly, so he sent them each on a quest to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away.
