I am happy that researchers are taking into consideration the differences between Autistic Boys and Girls. This research I believe will give us more information into the condition of Autism and how it affects our children. The research may even give us more insight as to what is causing the Autism epidemic more clearly.

There are so many questions out there about what is causing Autism and many other disabilities that are associated with Autism. More and more individuals are being diagnosed with Autism everyday. For some reason more boys are diagnosed as having Autism than girls, and girls that have Autism have it more severe than boys.

It is frustrating and heartbreaking when we parents find out the diagnosis is Autism for one or all of our children. We try everything we know to do for our children. We need to find out what is causing Autism once and for all. I am glad that research is being done to cover all aspects of what could cause Autism and reconginizing the differences in boys and girls with Autism is a very good start.

The increase is clear and has been documented. A 16 percent increase and it seems to keep increasing.
